Our core production equipment is the TQF-K80 high-efficiency intelligent rotor spinning machine developed by Zhejiang Titan Co., Ltd. A complete production line with multiple linked machines delivers a daily output of 30 tons. The machine achieves a maximum rotor speed of 120,000 rpm with excellent stability and low breakage rates. It features an intelligent semi-automatic piecing system, an independent dual electrical cabinet design, and an electronic traverse mechanism. These ensure stable piecing, excellent package formation without “flower core” defects, reduced manual intervention, and consistent production. Optimized for recycled fiber spinning, the TQF-K80 provides superior yarn evenness and strength even with recycled blends, making it ideal for high-quality TC recycled yarn. Additionally, a single machine can produce two different yarn types simultaneously, greatly enhancing production flexibility and efficiency to respond quickly to diverse customer demands.
